The End of the PlantSim Story…

I am planning on not continuing this legacy. I can’t find the time between the two… I will be uploading the family for anyone else to play.  I will do one last post before I do so.  I want to do Sim Stories not more legacies.  Please forgive me if you were way into this legacy.  I just don’t have enough time to do more than one legacy. I can do short stories though!

Gen 1, Chapter 7

I know it’s been a while, but let me tell you, Baby Oregano has been keeping me busy busy busy!!  Yes, we had another baby and he is so clingy and needy that I’ve missed work more than normal.  I’m worried about him developing normally and happily.  We will see how he fares in a few years!

My sweet Oregano is one needy boy.  I’m glad to have Basil and Sage around to help me as well as Stiles… but Stiles is getting older.

Oh how lucky I am having Sage around on the weekends!  He has been so wonderful with his little brother.  He will be a great daddy!

Oregano, I need you to go boom boom in the potty like a big boy!

Enjoy your bottle Oregano! Chlorophyll milk just like what we had!!

Over winter break the older boys were busy with homework and couldn’t help as much, but I was happy that Oregano could find joy in the block table.  He loved playing with blocks and Duplos and of course his trains!

There was also the toys in the toy box.  Oregano seemed to love the pony because of the red saddle.

That January came too quickly… My sweet little angels were turning 19! All three of them! Can you believe it has been 19 years since we brought the three of them in to the world?

Well I am 19 now! That means I’m all grown up! Whew! I can’t wait to start my own life!!

Oh!  19 what do you know?!  I can now do my own things my own way!

HEY!  I’m 19 too!  I can’t wait to spend all day fishing! YEE_HAW!!

Remember Kenyon Polk?  Well Daisy invited him over one night after they went on a date.  I snuck this snapshot when they weren’t looking.  The next morning she told everyone that She and Kenyon were officially committed to each other!

Even with his bad back and old age, Stiles still wanted to have a big part in Oregano’s life.

There you go Oregano!  Use your balance to stand up and walk!!

About 6 months later, Lilac and Daffodil had decided to move out together.  They wanted to try living life on their own.

One sunny morning in spring Daisy and Kenyon were enjoying pancakes and they decided something wonderful for us!

Kenyon Polk, will you marry me today on the 14th of April?

For better or for worse, they got married on our flower island and my goodness it was so pretty!  I feel so lucky to have Kenyon as part of our family!

They celebrated their Honeymoon all week!!  Daisy and Kenyon were very excited to start their new lives together!

Oh no!  Oh goodness… This can’t be good! I have been sick for the past 2 weeks… I have no sick days left at work and I am feeling so ill I can barely care for Oregano!  Could this be menopause?  I’m so over this by now!  Maybe I should go to the doctor!!!

Dr.X here, Meadow!  We are so glad to see your children growing and getting married and moving out and on with life!  Congrats on 25 years of marriage! We are just as worried as you are about being sick though!  Hopefully you do go to the doctor and everything turns out okay!!

Gen 1, Chapter 6

Welcome back to my story!  I don’t know if you recall, but Stiles and I are working on creating yet another little life.  We are so excited to fill the house hold.  Our current children are totally okay with Mama and Papa expanding the family, Daisy and Sage seem the most into it which is great!

Lucky for us, the pregnancy took!  We were worried because Stiles has been getting older and older, and we weren’t sure if he was going to be able to pollinate me.  We are more than pleased that it worked!

That Summer our kids played outside most of the days.  Daffodil has been getting better and better at catching fish in her big pond.  I snagged this shot of her catching a Parana!

Whew! This is tiring!  You wanna run inside and get some lemonade?

And I was spending the days in the garden, caring for my plants.  I stopped every once in a while to feel the flutters in my tummy.  It was wonderful to feel the little kicks inside.

Months passed and I was getting larger and larger.  I was about 26 weeks and I was really showing.  Daisy loved to listen to the baby and try to guess if it was a boy or a girl.  Stiles and I had decided not to reveal the gender until I gave birth.  This drove the kids wild!

It’s gotta be a girl!  She will be just like me!!

Stiles knew that music was important for baby’s brain development so he would try to remember to play for my tummy every day.

One morning, in the late fall, I awoke feeling off.  I wondered if I should go to the hospital,

No, hunny, everything seems fine.  We should just take it easy though to be sure.

So I spend the rest of the day on the couch watching TV and reading books.  I felt sorta guilty because I never just sit around, I’m always gardening, cooking, cleaning, or fixing something…

I was able to celebrate Stiles’ birthday though!  He had his big 50th birthday about a week after I felt so weird.  I was still feeling off but I figured easy does it was best.

Here we go!!  Happy Birthday to me!!

My husband got older and boy did he go grey fast!  I was hoping he would still have enough energy to keep up with his child, who was due any week now…

Looks like the baby decided to come a couple of weeks early!  Stiles was shocked!

A baby born the day after my birthday?! Oh WOW!  You okay hunny?!

Oh of course I was okay, I had already had 5 other children on my own, what’s one more?  At least the labor wasn’t long and Stiles calmed down.

Please welcome our latest bundle of joy, Oregano Ryan.  He has Stiles’ Pink skin which is so cute!!  He loves the outside, like all my kids.  He also seems slightly off… one might call it evil?  but how could a baby be evil?

Know what I love?  Tigers.  They are so fierce!  They are also stripey like my shirt!  RAWR!!!

I finally had the chance to meet Kenyon Polk, a year after having Oregano.  Daisy had invited him over for the twin’s birthday.  Kenyon was as handsome as Daisy told me he was.  He also had great manners.

Speaking of Birthdays…

I’m gonna grow up to be a tiger! RAWR!!

Oh I’m gonna grow up to be a TREE then! WHISH! I will blow in the wind! WHISH!

Oh WOW!  Look at me!  I’m a teen now!  I feel slightly more Ambitious about everything!

I’m totally more grown than Sage!  I could totally mooch more food and money than him!

Oh settle boys! It’s time for Oregano to become a toddler, he is finally a year old!  I can’t believe it!

Aww!  My little baby boy is an adorable toddler now!  He has My hair and Stiles’ brown eyes!

Over the next few months Oregano grew and grew.  He showed interest in the toilet before he could even walk or talk.  He was very smart and did not like sitting in a dirty diaper.  We obliged him and taught him where to go “boom boom” before he could even say “boom boom”!  This one is going to be a handful, I can tell!

Of course his “evilness” seems more prominent now that he was more mobile and able to make more noises.  Oregano seemed to always be screaming about something, be it hunger, tiredness, boredness, or even just being alone.  Oregano was more clingy than any of the other children.  I found myself calling off work and using my sick days just because Oregano couldn’t stand to be alone.

Dr. X here, We are happy to hear you were able to have yet another baby, but oh my!  We were not expecting such a needy child!  We hope that your boss understands why you must take so many days off!

Gen 1, Chapter 5

Welcome back everyone!  Meadow here, and let me tell you, things have started to look up since last time.  Remember I was having some money problems.  Having 5 kids will do that to you!  Stiles and I were wracking our brains trying to come up with solutions.

We definitely can’t not pay the bills, that wouldn’t solve any problems, in fact it could cause a lot of problems!!

Our girls knew what to do!  Our sweet, sweet teen girls choose to all get part time jobs after school!  I couldn’t believe my ears or eyes!  Talk about taking care of your family!

Hey-yo!  Daffodil here!  I choose to work at the grocery store to help my parents with the bills and buying food here with my employee discount will be a big, big help!

Hi, Lilac here!  I choose to work at the bookstore because it’s quite here.  I also get a discount on some of the books and I’ll know when the sales are so if my parents need a book cheap, I can bring it home after work!

Hey everyone!  Daisy here!  I wanted to work with my mom at the spa so we could spend more time together! Plus we would have the same hours and can carpool!  So wonderful!

So with all 3 girls working Stiles and I were able to save up enough money for 2 birthday cakes for our boys! It was that time of year for their birthdays!!!  I’m so excited to see who looks like who!!  First up is my sweet Sage James, who is also the heir!

Oh my gosh!  Sage has my hair and eyes and skin! No wondering who’s his mama now! haha!

Next up is our sweet little Basil!  I’m hoping he looks like his daddy because Sage looks so much like me!  Here we go! Make a wish Basil!

Basil has my hair and his daddy’s eyes and skin tone!! Both of my boys are adorable and perfect no matter what or who they look like!

But what they smell like… PEW-YEW!  Time for some potty training!  Daisy is such a big help with the boys!  She will be a great mom someday if that is in the cards for her.

It’s my birthday today!  I hope I don’t wrinkle too much! haha! WEEE!!

Lilac was also a big help with the boys.  She was helping Sage learn to walk.

Basil was adjusting well into the small house with the big family.  He found joy in the block toy we bought.

Sage was loving the crib!  He was taking his afternoon nap in his Elmo and Big Bird PJs… what a cutie!

Basil made good friends with Mr. Greenpants as the girls named him.  He was so gentle with him!

He gave hugs and told him baby talk stories!  I’m so happy that my son can find joy in the little things.

I helped teach Basil to talk!  He was such a good copy cat that I said “Fighting is bad!” and he told me “Fight BAD!” and I could be happier!

Daisy Lynn had started spending her afternoons at Kenyon Polk’s house when she didn’t have work.

Kenyon, do you work out? I mean, you must because you look so strong!

She might be courting him… I think he is a fine young man but I’d like to meet him face to face.

All three girls loved playing with their brothers.

Another year and now the boys are old enough to go to school!  Sage is up first! Make a wish my son!

Hello readers!  My name is Sage James and I am the Sunflower PlantSim heir!  My mom might have told you a little bit about me, but just to refresh your memory:  I am an Athletic Outdoors-man and I just added Family Oriented to my list of traits!  I also like Latin music, Grilled Salmon and the color Orange! I am looking forward to heading this family! I hope I can do my mother proud!

Next up is my other sweetheart, Basil!  I hope he grows up big and strong!  Make a wish sweetie!

Hi everyone!  My name is Basil Caleb!  I want to let you all know a little more about me!  I am a Brave Outdoors-man and I just added Dare Devil to my list of traits!  I love Indie music, Hot dogs, and the color Green!  I can’t wait to show off how extreme I am and make friends at school and do all kinds of wild things!

School means homework, even for my girls, who needed help occasionally with some of their more difficult studies.  Stiles and I are happy to provide them with the help they need to get good grades even while working part time!

Basil and Sage were in the same class and could help each other for the most part on their homework.

This is how we all sleep.  Stiles and I have been blessed with the ability to expand our house a few times these past few years with the money we saved up from everyone working!  We now have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a family room, a living room and an eat-in kitchen as well as an expanded pond for Daffodil Rae who begged us for a better place to go fishing.  We have a big garden which is right outside our master bedroom so I can watch our plants grow!

Of course our garden isn’t the only thing that is growing.  Stiles and I have decided to try to have another baby before either of us gets too old to spawn, erm, reproduce!  Stiles thinks it will be a good thing for Sage to play big brother to a baby so he will know what caring for a little one is all about.  I think it’s also a great idea for the whole family to have another little baby to play with.  Let’s hope we aren’t to old for the seed to be planted and to grow!

Gen 1, Chapter 4

Welcome back to my tale!  Last we were together I was getting close with my hubby.  Stiles and I have agreed to try for more children.  He really wanted to have a baby boy.  I wanted one too because I wanted him to carry on my legacy.  So for a few nights this week Stiles and I were very very romantic.  Our girls thought it was icky, but that’s what girls their age are supposed to think!

It was Saturday Night and both of us had the night off work.  Stiles and I had a beautiful night.  We walked in the park, starred at the stars and kissed many many times.  As far as I could tell I hadn’t gotten pregnant yet, maybe tonight was the night…

We kissed in the living/kitchen/dinning room before running into our bedroom…

That morning before the sun came up I had to RUN to the toilet!  I was so sick!  I was worried I wouldn’t have any strength to get back to bed!

That afternoon when I was gardening I felt something change… I ran back into the bathroom and tore into a pregnancy test.  Those 5 minutes were the longest of my life!  I was so excited to see a plus sign!!  I couldn’t wait for Stiles to come home!!!

Stiles! I have some really great news!!  Oh, what is it? We are going to have another baby! Oh yes!  I hope it’s a boy!  This is great! Stiles, you make me so happy!

The girls were doing their homework and working hard to get those good grades!  Daffodil and Daisy were fitting in quite nicely even if they had green skin.  It made me hopeful for the future.

Of course I was hopeful for many things in the future!  I can’t wait to have another baby!

I got to reading another pregnancy book while our girls played quietly with their blocks.  I was so pleased that all my girls got along so well and I hoped they could accept another baby into the family.

Once again I was in my garden when I felt something different… But this was a feeling I had felt before!  STILES!!! Quick!!! What’s the matter?  Is there a snake?! No! HURRY THOUGH!!!! AHHHHH!!! What is going on?!

I am having your baby Stiles!!  Here we go!!!

Awww it’s a boy!  Just like we wanted!!  Well actually it’s two boys!  A green boy and a pink boy! HURRAY!!!

I am holding Sage James, he is adorable!  He loves the outdoors, and is super athletic.  His brother, Basil Caleb, also loves the outdoors.  Basil is also very brave! I can’t wait to show them to the girls!

Stiles here, I love my new sons! They are perfect!  I also love having babies in the house again!

Stiles really does love having his sons around!  I do too!  Even though newborns are a little boring, it is exciting to have babies in the house again.  The girls don’t like when the boys cry but they are getting used to it!!

On Sunday I went out searching for seeds.   I found quite a few good ones!  Some I don’t even know what they are going to be!  I can’t wait to plant them!

I went to the graveyard because I heard about a plant called “Death Flower”  I wanted to see if I could grow it myself.  I found moths instead!

I was headed home when I saw pretty blue butterflies!  I wanted to catch three for my girls since today was their birthday!!

Hey everyone, Daisy here!  It’s my birthday!!  I’m so excited! Of course I have to share my bithday with my sisters, but this is nothing new to me!

It’s my birthday too!  Lilac here and let me tell you, I am so ready to help my mom around the house with the new babies!

Hey every body!  It’s Daffodil here!  I can’t wait for my birthday week to start! Daddy said he is going to expand my little fishin’ pond! I can’t wait!!!

Hey I look like mom!  What do you think mom?!

I’m not 100% on the clothes but I think I look great!

Oh my gosh! We all look like Mom!!!  I need to change my hair! I don’t want dad to try to kiss me!!

Well I hope you have enjoyed this chapter of our lives.  Things are getting tougher though.  The bills are pileing up and I’m worried that we will loose the house.  I hope something changes soon.  Maybe Stiles will get a raise or maybe the girls can start babysitting, but I know if things don’t change we might not make it!

Gen 1, Chapter 3

Oh my, welcome back!!!!  I’m sorry I can’t talk much longer because last I left you I was in LABOR!!!  Stiles had just became an adult too!!

Oh boy here we goOOOOO!!!! I hope Stiles is ready for a SUPRISE!!!!!

Here comes the baby!!! Oh I’m so excited!!

It’s a girl! Ugh, I need more room to put the other 2 down… Other two?!?!Yes Stiles!  We have 3 new baby girls! I am so lucky!!

Let me introduce my 3 daughters, I’m holding baby Daisy Lynn.  She loves the outdoors and is super smart! The baby next to the refrigerator and behind me is our only pink baby.  Her name is Lilac Ann, she also loves the outdoors and she loves music!  The 3rd little girl near the counter is baby Daffodil Rae.  She too, loves the outdoors and she can get really excited!!

I love my new baby girls!!  They are all adorable to me!!  I hope they all like me as much as I like them! oh hush baby Lilac, you hungry?

I’ll be honest.  Newborns are kind of boring.  They eat, they poop, they cry, they sleep and then they do it all over again!  I was very happy when their birthday came.  I couldn’t wait to see who takes after who!  First up is my sweet Daisy Lynn.

Oh my!  Daisy has my skin tone and eyes, but she has her daddy’s hair! She is so cute!

Baby Lilac is up next.  We all know she has her daddy’s skin tone, but maybe she will have my hair or eyes!

Well, she has her daddy’s hair but she has my eyes!  I hope she can adjust to life with 2 PlantSim sisters!

Last but certainly not least is baby Daffodil!

Oh, kinda hard to see in this photo but Daffodil has my hair and her daddy’s eyes!! I’m so happy to have all 3 daughters happy and healthy!

I on the other hand am getting worn out!!! This is a lot of work!

Stiles and I took turns teaching each baby girl the skills she would need to live life to the fullest!  Stiles took this photo when Daisy was taking her first steps!

I snuck this photo of Stiles teaching Lilac to talk.  Looks like her first word was star!  How wonderful!

Stiles is such a good daddy.  He is such a good potty teacher!  Daffodil learned to “go” first and then the other two girls quickly followed!

It’s birthday time again!  Daisy Lynn is first! I hope she grows into a beautiful flower!

Hi Folks! I’m Daisy!  I wanted to tell you my favorite things!  I love Egyptian music, it’s so exotic!  I love to eat Key lime pie and my favorite color is HOT PINK!!! I also wanted to say that with my birthday I developed a love for books!

Hello!  Lilac Ann here!  I would like to tell you a little about me!  I love Kids music, Hamburgers, and the color white!  I have become more of a neat freak with this birthday!

My last little girl is growing up!  Little Daffodil’s turn!

Hello! This is Daffodil!  I wanted to let you know my favs!  I love love LOVE the color hot pink!  I love to eat Key lime pie!  My favorite music is classical!  I find myself a little scared of the technology though.  I’m not weird! Honest!!

Because I know Stiles will want more children we had to keep the nursery as a nursery, so all my girls are sleeping in our room! Aren’t we all one big happy family?

The single bathroom is getting quite the workout… I’m glad I read up on how to fix things like broken sinks!  This poor old sink is getting over used!

I love playing with Mr. Green Pants! He is too cute!  Teddy is more my style!  Classic and classy! hahahaha!

I like horses, they are  rarely dirty!  So pretty too!

I like to fish in my spare time… It’s so low tech!  I am able to really enjoy myself!

Stiles and I were finally able to complete our family room.  To celebrate we had a romantic autumn salad dinner!

Which led to some kissing in the bedroom! Tee Hee! I hope the family is ready to expand again because I know I am ready for it!

Gen 1, Chapter 2

Oh my, Welcome back to my story!  Well, remember the last time we hung out?  I just  had gone on my first date with Stiles and since things were going so well I  just had to ask him to marry me!!! Stiles said Yes!! Can you believe it? Me neither!! I’m so excited to start my life off right with Stiles!  Even though we are dating we haven’t kissed!  I think we are both just too shy to do so!

We decided to have a moon (and candle) lit wedding in my garden on my big lot.  Stiles was so nervous he was shaking the whole time!

Oh Stiles! You’re so handsome! Stiles asked me to be faithful, loving and to always stick with him through thick and thin.  I agreed and then it was my turn to ask the same of him.

Stiles, will you please always be faithful to me, love me forever, and accept me for the way I am?  He agreed and we joyfully sealed our marriage with our first kiss!

We are well on our way!  When we got married Stiles combined his bank account with mine and we got just over $2,000!  We can use the money to buy a bigger bed! (and a shower! Finally!)

I was completely nervous because I wasn’t even sure what you are supposed to do on a “Honeymoon”  but Stiles said he knew.  It goes something like this:

Rose petals!  It was very magical I’ve never experienced anything so wonderful!

This morning Stiles enchanted me with his music! It was so pretty!  I know I married a winner!

Stiles here, I must say I am loving this whole being married thing!  I haven’t been able to let you know a little about me!  Well I’m sure Meadow told you I work in the Music Career.  I love the outside and saving money. I can’t wait to start a family, but I hope we can keep everything tidy!  I sometimes have trouble sleeping, but I do alright. I love the color white because it’s like a blank canvas!  I share Meadow’s love of electronica music but my favorite food is Mac and Cheese! I hope you all enjoy my little tid-bits!

Meadow here!  Stiles came home from work to find me working on our new counter top!  I bought a counter to make salads on!  We are finally eating a REAL meal for once!

In the middle of the night I awoke to find that I have become pregnant!  I don’t know whether to laugh or cry!  How will we support this baby if we can barely support each other?!  I hope Stiles is ready for this!  I made a mental note to go to the library to read up on pregnancy, the Sim way. Since Dr. X never thought it possible, she never told me about it!

While Stiles was entertaining the masses at the park with his exquisite guitar…

I found myself at the library, so pregnant I couldn’t sit fully behind the desk!  I learned a lot about this pregnancy thing so I felt I was ready for anything!

When I finished the book at the library, I headed home to care for my garden.  Would you look at it now?!  All my plants are getting so big!

The next day Stiles and I headed to the park!  I decided to bring home some friends from the park.  This is Sparkie my… er, our new pet!

Never in my life have I seen a swimming ladybird!  I caught this one too and her name is Spottie!  Now that we have pets, I am going to dance to my husband’s music!

Look at all these people! They really love Stiles’ music! ♪Ooo Baby I love your way!♫ Oh Stiles! I love your way too! haha!

I put Sparkie and Spottie in our home tonight while Stiles was at work!  I love them! I’ve never had pets of my own and now I know what it feels like to care for someone, even if it’s a bug or two!

On his way home from work, Stiles had his birthday! Oh boy! here I go!  WEEEE!!!

Oh alright!  I’m now a full adult! It’s time to start acting more mature!  I hope Meadow is ready for this surprise when I get home!!!

OHHH GOSH!!!!!! I hope STILES!!!! Is ready for a SURPRISE!!!! When he gets HOOOOOME!!!!

Dr. X here, Oh my looks like Meadow and Stiles are about to become parents!!  What do you know?  I hope you have a smooth birth and recovery.  I’m sorry I didn’t tell you about it because I, we the scientists, weren’t sure if you could even get pregnant!!
